1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website and digital infrastructure of Ubuntu Alliance Group (Pty) Ltd trading as Pantorem ("we," "us," "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access our Site or infrastructure.

2. Access and Use Restrictions

Subject to these terms, Pantorem grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access our Site and, where explicitly authorized, interact with our early-stage AI infrastructure. Because we engineer proprietary, high-compute software, under this license you strictly may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, model weights, or orchestration logic of any Pantorem software.
• Use automated systems (e.g., scrapers, bots) to extract data from our Site or bypass API rate limits.
• Use our infrastructure, inference outputs, or behavioral data to train, validate, or benchmark competing machine learning models.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our backend architecture without explicit written authorization.

3. Intellectual Property

All underlying algorithmic infrastructure, LLM workflows, risk-analysis engines, and Site content are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Pantorem and its licensors.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pantorem is actively engineering early-stage deep-tech. As such, our Site, documentation, and any accessible inference models are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Pantorem makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability, algorithmic absolute accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our infrastructure.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Pantorem, Ubuntu Alliance Group (Pty) Ltd, or its infrastructure partners be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our Site or R&D models, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Modifications to Terms and Infrastructure

Pantorem may revise these terms or fundamentally alter our AI infrastructure at any time without notice as we scale our engineering roadmap. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cape Town.
